Welcome to Occasio Porta. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website, participating in our programs, or engaging with our services.

1. Introduction

Occasio Porta is a business networking and educational society providing structured programs aimed at fostering collaboration, accountability, and growth among entrepreneurs and business professionals. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our programs, services, and website.

By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services.

2. Eligibility

To participate in Occasio Porta programs, you must:

Be 18 years or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian if under 18.
Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information.
Comply with all relevant local, national, and international laws while using our services.

3. Program Enrollment

When enrolling in an Occasio Porta program, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information for the purpose of group sorting and participation.
Pay the applicable fees for your chosen program tier (Basic, Premium, or Elite) as outlined on our website.
Understand that all payments are non-refundable, except in cases where Occasio Porta decides to cancel or postpone a program.

4. Fees and Payment

Payment for your selected program tier must be made in full at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed.
Program fees are one-time payments unless stated otherwise.
Occasio Porta reserves the right to modify fees at any time, but such changes will not affect participants who have already enrolled and paid for their programs.

5. Program Participation and Grouping

Participants will be grouped into small groups of up to ten individuals based on shared goals, earnings, and business niches.
Occasio Porta makes every effort to curate groups for optimal learning and networking, but group compatibility cannot be guaranteed.
Participants are expected to engage respectfully with their group members and moderators.

6. Accountability and Daily Reports

As part of our structured accountability system, participants in all program tiers must submit daily progress reports as outlined by the program rules.
Failure to submit reports or engage with the group may result in termination of participation without a refund.

7. Code of Conduct

By participating in Occasio Porta’s programs, you agree to:

Conduct yourself professionally and respectfully towards other participants, moderators, guest speakers, and Occasio Porta staff.
Refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior.
Use Occasio Porta’s platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Zoom, Microsoft Teams) in a manner that promotes a positive and productive environment.

Occasio Porta reserves the right to remove participants from the program without refund if they violate these terms or disrupt the learning and networking experience for others.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

All program fees are non-refundable once payment has been made, except in cases where Occasio Porta cancels or postpones a program.
If a participant is removed from the program due to a violation of the Code of Conduct or failure to engage, no refund will be provided.
If you are unable to participate in a program due to unforeseen circumstances, Occasio Porta may offer to transfer your enrollment to a future cohort, at its discretion.

9. Guest Speakers and External Content

Occasio Porta collaborates with guest speakers and external experts to enhance the value of our programs. However, Occasio Porta does not guarantee the availability of any specific speaker or topic and reserves the right to make changes to the speaker schedule at any time.

Guest speakers are responsible for the content of their presentations, and Occasio Porta is not liable for any advice or opinions expressed during these sessions.

10. Intellectual Property

All content provided during Occasio Porta programs, including but not limited to presentations, written materials, videos, and lectures, is the intellectual property of Occasio Porta or the guest speakers, unless otherwise stated.
You are prohibited from sharing, distributing, or reproducing any program materials without prior written consent from Occasio Porta.

11. Data Protection and Privacy

By enrolling in our programs, you agree to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Occasio Porta takes reasonable steps to protect your personal information, but cannot guarantee the absolute security of data.

Participants are also responsible for safeguarding the privacy and confidentiality of other participants within their group.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Occasio Porta provides its programs on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantees as to the outcomes or success of participating in its programs.
Occasio Porta disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event will Occasio Porta be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your participation in our programs or use of our services.
The total liability of Occasio Porta for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of our services will be limited to the amount you have paid to participate in the program.

13. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Occasio Porta reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify participants of any significant changes. Continued participation in the programs after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
